🔄 Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges

✅ When Refunds/Replacements Are Accepted

We gladly offer refunds or free replacements in the following cases:

  • ⭕ Wrong product or incorrect printing
  • ⭕ Wrong size (if it was our mistake)
  • ⭕ Damaged item on arrival
  • ⭕ Lost item during shipping (a new item will be sent immediately)

❌ When Refunds/Replacements Are Not Accepted

Refunds or replacements are not supported in these situations:

  • You ordered the wrong product, style, or size
  • You changed your mind after placing the order (all products are made-to-order)

📏 Size & Color Disclaimer

  • Size Difference: A variation of 1–2 cm may occur since products are measured by hand.
  • Color Difference: Slight color variations may appear due to printing processes (colors may look slightly brighter or darker compared to images).

⚠️ Important Details

  • In case of damage, manufacturing errors, or lost items during transit, we offer a free replacement or refund if reported within 10 days of delivery.
  • Once the refund is initiated, it will be processed and reflected in your account within 5–7 working days.
  • If multiple products are affected, a photo/video showing all items in one frame will be required.
  • If incorrect shipping details are provided, or the wrong product is ordered by the buyer, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.
  • If delivery fails because the buyer’s address or phone number is invalid, the package must be collected from the local post office within 2 business days. Uncollected parcels may be lost or disposed of.
  • Once marked as delivered in tracking, the package is considered successfully delivered. If stolen from the mailbox afterward, we cannot provide a free replacement or refund.

⏳ Delivery Time & Delays

  • Standard delivery time: 15 business days.
  • If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we may provide a full or partial refund, depending on the order volume.

📦 Customs & Duties

  • Kawaii Waifus is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged in the destination country.
  • Buyers act as importers of goods and are responsible for paying applicable import taxes.
  • In rare cases (about 1% of orders), customs duties may apply. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
