Refund and Replacement Policy
⚫ Do you accept refunds or exchanges/replacements?
Yes, refunds and replacements are accepted but see our policies below:
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only when you get a
⭕ Wrong product/wrong printing
⭕ Wrong size from our end.
⭕ Damaged Item
⭕ Lost item during shipping (We will send a new item immediately in this case).
⚫ Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong product, or style, or simply changed your mind since it is a pre-order product. We only produce new product when we get orders.
- Size Difference: A slight size discrepancy of 1-2 cm may occur as our products are meticulously measured by hand.
- Color Difference: We may be unable to avoid a little color differentiation caused when printing, and making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when compared with the product image.
⚫ However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.
⚫ If there’s an issue affecting multiple products, an additional photo and video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
⚫ Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong product, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
⚫ If the delivery person cannot verify the buyer’s address or cannot reach them via the provided phone number, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to collect the package from the nearest local post office within 2 business days. Failure to do so may lead to the parcel lost, or disposed of.
⚫ Once the package is delivered as per the tracking details, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to ensure its safety. If the product is unfortunately stolen from the mailbox after delivery, please be aware that we are not responsible for investigating the matter. Kindly note that we are not obligated to replace the product for free or issue a refund in such cases.
⚫ Our expected delivery time is 30-40 business days. If the order delayed than expected delivery date, we offer full or partial refunds based on the order volume.
Customs Duty
Kawaii Waifus is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country. Buyers will be importers of goods so they will have to pay tax on import of goods.
